What should I wear to the Bhoomi Pujan?

Traditional or modest attire is appreciated for this sacred ceremony. Many families choose Indian traditional wear, though smart casual clothing that covers shoulders and knees is also welcome.

Can I bring my children?

Absolutely — this is a family celebration. Children are welcome to join the Parikrama and participate in the day's blessings alongside their parents.

Is there a gift or offering expected?

Your presence, prayers, and participation are the offering. Families who wish to contribute seva toward Phase 2 construction may do so, but it is entirely optional.

Where exactly should we park and enter?

Parking and entry details will be shared closer to the date. Please plan to arrive by 10:15 AM so the ceremony can begin promptly at 10:30 AM.

The Bhoomi Pujan Ceremony

Bhoomi Pujan is a sacred Vedic ceremony performed before construction begins. Bhumi Devi, Mother Earth, is worshipped and divine blessings are sought for the land and for the work that is about to begin. It marks an auspicious beginning before the first steps of construction are taken.

Taking Part in the Sankalp

During the Bhoomi Pujan, devotees join in the prayers and sankalp offered at the beginning of the temple’s construction and seek divine blessings for the work ahead.
