Two thousand sacred names of the Divine Mother and Lord Vishnu, chanted together in devotion — inviting grace, protection, and inner peace into our lives.

Sacred Chanting
The Lalitha Sahasranama offers the thousand names of the Divine Mother, Sri Lalitha Tripurasundari, while the Vishnu Sahasranama glorifies the thousand names of Lord Vishnu, the Preserver of the universe. Together, these two beloved stotras form one of the most cherished chanting traditions in Sanatana Dharma. At our temple, devotees gather to chant both hymns together — a practice believed to invite the combined grace of the Divine Mother's compassion and Lord Vishnu's protection.
The Practice
Each of the thousand names carries its own vibration, meaning, and blessing. Chanted with devotion, the Sahasranamas are said to purify the mind, uplift the spirit, and draw us closer to the divine — regardless of whether every word's meaning is fully understood. Sincerity and faith are what matter most.
