Our Story

A Home Worthy of the Divine

Our community has outgrown its current home. On festival mornings and Sunday satsangs, devotees spill beyond the walls, children sit shoulder to shoulder, and still there is not room enough for all who wish to come and bow their heads. What began as a humble gathering has grown into a family — and that family now needs a house of its own.

So we are building a permanent hall crowned by a traditional gopuram — for our children who will grow up in its shade, for our elders who have prayed for this day, and for every devotee yet to come. To raise a temple is among the highest sevas a soul can offer: a gift that will shelter devotion, wisdom, and community long after our own hands are still.

"We are not just raising a building — we are raising a home for the Divine, and for every soul who will find peace here."

Questions

Good to Know

Is my gift tax-deductible?
Yes. RKTNC is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Your gift is fully tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. You will receive a receipt upon request or at year-end. Please include your email with any check or Zelle gift.
Every dollar given to the Temple Building Fund goes directly to construction — foundation, steel trusses, roofing, the gopuram tower, flooring, utilities, the sanctum, and site work. No administrative fees are deducted from fund-specific gifts.
Absolutely, and we deeply honor such intentions. You may add a dedication with your gift, and for named recognition — dedication stones, pillars, or naming opportunities — please contact treasurer@rktnc.com.
Our goal is to welcome Radha Krishna into the new sanctum by December 2027, with the Murti Pratishtha (consecration) marking the temple's completion. Progress updates will be shared through the RKTNC newsletter and events page at rktnc.org.
Yes. Many families choose to pledge a larger gift spread across two or three years. Multi-year pledges help us plan construction with confidence. Write to treasurer@rktnc.com and we will set up a schedule that works for you.

RKTNC — "Raise the Temple" — THE ONE CODE EMBED Paste this into a single Webflow HTML Embed element placed INSIDE the hero section (as an Embed child). Everything else on the page is native Webflow. The visualization mounts into #temple-canvas / .temple-canvas, which lives in the native hero markup (hero.html) — NOT in this embed. Selectors are hardened with a $id() helper so the scripts find their targets whether Webflow keeps the id or converts it to a class of the same name. Do NOT include GTM / Clarity / Safari-nav-fix here — those are site-level. ============================================================================ --> SINGLE SOURCE OF TRUTH — donor data bridge (CMS-driven with fallback) Populate #donor-cms from a Webflow Collection List bound to the Donors collection (6a3d95ce4da2833e6bad920a). Each .donor node needs these attrs: data-name, data-amount (integer), data-tier, data-dedication, data-anon ("true"/"false"), data-matched ("true"/"false") If NO .donor nodes exist, the fallback array in script (A) is used instead. ============================================================================ --> SCRIPTS ============================================================================ --> Webflow may convert an element's id to a class during native conversion, so every id lookup below goes through $id()/ $all() to survive either outcome. -->
